Photonza is a web platform that gathers the photos taken by the school photographer, families and students at a graduation ceremony into one live feed. Students and parents scan the QR code on the invitation, join without an app and find every frame they appear in during the cap toss, the diploma ceremony and family photos with one selfie. Photos stay downloadable for 30 days after the ceremony.
The school or photographer bulk-uploads; each student takes a selfie and sees and downloads only their own frames. No searching through hundreds of photos in the class group, no asking the photographer for a frame by number.
Families upload the shots they take too; photos are sorted automatically into cap toss, diploma, stage, family and celebration.
Students do not create accounts or give a phone number or e-mail; they only type a display name. The selfie image never leaves the device; only a numeric face signature is used, and only within that ceremony's photos. 30 days after the event all media and signatures are permanently deleted. The school can enable private mode so each student sees only their own frames.
The school or photographer opens the event from one account in 60 seconds and prints the QR code on invitations and in the hall. The dashboard shows uploads, attendees and matches live; content moderation filters inappropriate frames. The photographer can add a watermark, disable downloads or sell frames for prints.
