Frequently asked questions
What does capacity count?
It counts uploaded photos and videos: every file uses one unit. Frames uploaded by the photographer and photos shared by guests count against the same capacity. Deleting a photo does not restore capacity. Each guest also has an individual upload limit (200 by default), so no single person can fill the capacity.
Is the number of guests limited?
No. There is no per-person fee; the only limit is the photo capacity.
How long are the photos available?
30 days after the event ends. During that time everyone can download their photos; afterwards the event and its content are deleted automatically.
