Content Removal and Infringement Notice

• If you uploaded the photo: you can delete it in the app at any time.
• The event organizer, or the photographer connected to the event, can delete any post in the event. Writing to the organizer is often the fastest solution.
• If you cannot reach the organizer or get no answer, write to us directly: info@alimertgulec.com (subject: "Content Removal").

• Your name and an e-mail address where we can reach you.
• The event (name or invite code) and, if possible, a link to or screenshot of the content. Events are invitation-only spaces, so describing the content is enough.
• The reason for your request: for example you or your child appear in the photo, the photo is degrading, it violates your privacy, or the work belongs to you.
• If you are acting for someone else (e.g. your child or client), a short statement of your authority.

You do not need to send an ID document; we may ask for additional information to verify the request if necessary.

• Requests claiming a violation of your personality rights or privacy are answered within 24 hours at the latest. If the violation is evident, the content is disabled within the same period; as a hosting provider under Article 5 of Turkish Law No. 5651 we remove unlawful content once we become aware of it.
• Reports of unlawful content (obscenity, child abuse, violence, etc.) lead to immediate removal and, where necessary, a report to the competent authorities.
• For copyright notices (Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works), content is disabled once we receive a reasonable statement of ownership; the uploader is informed.
• Requests about your personal data (e.g. deleting the signatures extracted from your face) are completed free of charge within 30 days at the latest under Article 13 of KVKK; requests to remove the content itself follow the shorter timelines above.

All event content is in any case deleted automatically and irreversibly 30 days after the event ends.

• We locate the content in the event and inform the event organizer where needed.
• If the request is justified we delete the content together with any face signatures extracted from it; deletion includes the file in storage.
• If we do not find the request justified we explain why. You may still go to court, apply to the public authority designated in Article 9/A of Law No. 5651 for privacy violations, or apply to the Personal Data Protection Board.
• If an uploader believes their content was removed unfairly, they can write to us and we will review the objection.

Requests and our answers are kept for 3 years as evidence in case of disputes; details are in the Personal Data Retention and Destruction Policy.
