How long does Photonza keep event photos?

Short answer
Photos can be viewed and downloaded for 30 days after the event ends. After 30 days the event, all photos and videos and all face data are permanently deleted. The event owner should download everything from the dashboard within that window.

How to back up
The event owner uses Download all in the dashboard to get full-size files. Large events are split into parts of 300 files or 2 GB; if one part fails, only that part is retried.
At a real wedding, 220 photographer shots took about 2.8 GB (originals plus web copies).
Why 30 days?
Photos contain faces and personal data. Data-protection law (KVKK and GDPR) requires keeping data only as long as the purpose needs. Details: data retention policy.
